This is very light and will not pull against your neck. It is also much cooler than a fly fishing vest. There are four hooks on the sides to hang your tools on. I hang floatant, nippers, forceps and a thermometer on mine. There is also room to clip on zingers or whatever else you like.

It has padding around the neck for comfort and a clip at the bottom to fasten to your shirt so when you lean forward it does not get in your way. The lanyard is 22.5" in length. There is a high-quality cord lock behind the neck which also serves as an adjustment should you need it.
